In January of 2011, Core Systems purchased all the intellectual property, trade secrets, proprietary engineered designs, and related assets from Seidel Enterprises, in Easton, PA. Previously CoreTech, Inc.
CoreTech, Inc., was the founding and creating company of the CM Series core cutters. The CM8, CM9, CM10, CM11, CM14, and CM16 are now manufactured exclusively by Core Systems.
