The CM9 is a heavy-duty semi-automatic core cutter with a fully automated cutting cycle and well known for its versatility and high throughput.
The CM9 is also easy to operate. To load a parent core, the operator switches the selector switch to “Load” and slides the core onto the mandrel. He then advances the core to the end-stop, tripping the integrated micro-switch, and switches the selector switch to “Run.” This activates the automated cutting cycle. The knife lowers, cuts the core and the operator advances the parent core against the end-stop to restart the cycle.
